What is in a Sachem Reunions event?  Most other companies offer you the standard fare: they will (hopefully) locate your alumni, mail invitations (usually inexpensive photocopies, easily lost in the mail), give you a choice of one or two venues and dates, provide balloon centerpieces and let you decide whether you'd like an open bar. You are given a giant sticker name tag to put on your cocktail dress or suit. Most don't even offer a photographer for the evening, and some even charge for an alumni directory. THAT 'S IT. All for approximately $110 - $125 per person. Previous attendance for Sachem class reunions has been a pathetic 10 - 15% of the graduating class. Why is that? Because most reunion companies don't bother doing intensive searches for alumni (if you don't have a family member living at your old address to give you that postcard, forget it!) and many classmates are not even invited. If we have return mail, we will post the name of the person on the class website so that everyone from your class knows we are still looking for them. Most importantly, the companies DO NOT PROMOTE THE EVENT. We will publish in all the local papers, promote on the internet and do the usual mailings. The one unique service we are offering as well is to send an open invitation for all of our former teachers. We know that it would be difficult for them to attend every reunion, but we will still like to welcome them. The difference is in the details. What details?

Photography and Yearbook Services A photographer will be available at all Sachem Reunions events to take photos, printed onsite, for you to take home that evening. In addition, we provide the following photography and yearbook products and services.
 Photography
The photographer will be available to photograph anyone during the event, solo or in groups. You are under no obligation to purchase even if you have a dozen photos taken, only if you opt to have one printed. The photos from the evening will be available for purchase ON DISC. The photographers suggestions and group photo ideas are both fun and imaginative; you and your old prom date, each elementary school, sports teams, clubs, you and your school crush, etc. Photos will be available for immediate purchase and will be printed onsite for anyone who is interested at a charge of $5 per photo. We also have the ability to include everyone's candid photo's from the evening. The pictures can be emailed to Sachem Reunions in the week following the reunion and included with the photographers disc. No need to worry about emailing copies of photo's to various friends and hunting for the person who took the picture of you and your prom date! Literally hundreds of photo's from the evening, many professioinally taken, all for you to print on your own as you wish, for only $30. Class Yearbooks
Did you lose yours? Misplace it during a move, or is it packed in your parents attic somewhere? Once you go to the reunion, you'll need to lookup all those faces you've been chatting up all night! We take your class yearbook and scan it, copy it onto a disc so you can view it at your leisure. The entire yearbook, except for the Last Will & Testament page, is included. The price for this fantastic service is only $25. Hard copies of the original yearbook are also available for purchase, please contact us for additional information. How much more does this cost?
